Order Processing Time

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard Domestic Shipping: 3-7 business days

Expedited Domestic Shipping: 1-3 business days

International Shipping: 7-21 business days, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking link provided to check the status of your delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Mini Makeup is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Mini Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage for assistance.
